Scott was admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of Oklahoma in 2007. He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts, Western and Northern Districts of Oklahoma .

Scott is a member of the International Legal Fraternity of Phi Delta Phi and a four time recipient of a Center for Computer-Assisted Legal Instruction (CALI) Excellence for the Future Award . He is a professional member of the American Bar Association , Oklahoma Bar Association , Oklahoma County Bar Association , and the Oklahoma Association For Justice (formerly known as the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association).

Scott's areas of practice include: Civil Litigation; Appellate Litigation; Personal Injury; Products Liability; Professional Negligence; and Insurance Litigation. Scott also devotes considerable time researching, writing, and reviewing briefs, motions, and pleadings that raise unique or difficult issues.
